Installation

Supreme Security Systems' highly trained Installation staff has the latest tools and technology to make your installation go smoothly. Our Installation Coordinator will work to schedule your appointment and make sure the right personnel are assigned to your job. What's more, our Supervisors provide project management throughout the installation. Utilizing CAD software, we also create site drawings and diagrams and keep them on file for any future work to be done. For your convenience, we have a Help Desk to assist you with any technical questions or issues.

Michael Jacob – Installation Manager

Mike has 14 years of experience in the security industry and has been with Supreme since December of 2006. Previously he was with APB Security Systems, Inc. as Operations Manager. He was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Installation and Service department, including hiring, performance reports, collections and payroll. At the same time Mike acted as Office Manager for Statewide Central Station, where his responsibilities included dealer relations with over 250 dealers. He also did oversee contracts, trained staff and supervised billing and collection departments. Mike also has experience installing and servicing telephone systems which he acquired as Lead Technician at Apogee North East, where he also handled customer service calls and scheduling of service/installation technicians.
