Information Technology

The IT Department, which is constantly engaged in education regarding industry best-practice, fulfills two distinct roles that are vital to the success of Supreme and its customers. First, IT staff is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and security of our internal network infrastructure. This includes desktop, server, network and software support. Second, Information Technology also acts as a "top level" resource to advise and train the Engineered Systems Group on products that meet our subscribers' needs, with an emphasis on reliability and security. Information Technology is dedicated tosupporting the partnership between Supreme and its customers.

Steven Susman – Director of Information Technology

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As Supreme Security Systems' Director of IT. He administers all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure, advises sales and project management staff on the design of integrated security solutions, and provides the senior management team with strategic recommendations on product selection. Prior to his role as Director of IT, Steve began his career at Supreme in 1983 as a central station operator. He has also owned his own IT infrastructure company since 1988. Steven currently holds MCSE certification from Microsoft with specializations in both messaging and security, as well as the Cisco CCNA and Information Security Specialist titles.
